New Members are REQUIRED to arrive no less than 10mins to their first class for the safety demo.
There are no contracts, every package is month to month.
We require three days notice prior to the renewal date sent via email for any adjustments or terminations. No refunds once your package renews for that period.

Other Policies Related to Pricing:
Any monthly membership adjustment or cancellation requires a three business days notice of the rollover/renewal date. Once the package renews it cannot be refunded but upcoming renewals can be adjusted.
All Members MUST have an active credit card on file in MINDBODY to protect against late cancellations (12hrs), no-show fees, apparel ect. There are fees associated with not showing or canceling after the 12hr mark of your class start. Please see below the POLICIES link for further details on fees.
